We believe in having everything laid out in a step by step format so that our customers know exactly what is happening, every step of the way. We first plan out the initial concept before we go though each and every solution to make sure that it’s catered to the needs of our clients. We always make sure that every step is well-detailed and that it’s completely practical for the home it’s being installed in. Preliminary Interviews

The whole process starts out with an interview. There’s nothing to be nervous about here, because we just want to chat with you to find out what you want from your smart technology. We also want to find out what budget you have, what results you need and the layout of your home. We’ll talk to you about technology that you may not even know exists, and this helps you to make sure that you get the best result out of your installation before it even starts.

Design and System Build

Once we have all of the information we need to get started, we will then start to work on our report. Our design team will define nearly every aspect of the project as well as finding out how each room and area is going to function with one another. We will then plan out a graphic which will show you how the design is going to look and where the hardware is going to go. We’ll even show you where the wires are going to go, so you can feel fully aware of what is happening and without any difficulty at all.

Engineering and Project Price

So when all of that is done, we’ll then set the final price for the project and you will have to sign off on it. Our engineering team will then get the final technical documents to make sure that they are reliable and suitable for your home. When the project is all finished up and everything is in order, we’ll hand you a complete documentation package to try and make sure that you have everything you need.

The Build

Once we have jotted down the required information, it’s time to move on to the more exciting part of the job. The build! We’ll make sure that your conduits are safe and we will also make sure that you have all of the low voltage solutions and wiring that you need. At this point, we’ll also go out and buy all of the equipment we need. We may need to assemble some of it at the location, but most of the time we’ll try and do it in our office to save you any disruption. The most important thing that you need to remember here is that we don’t consider the job done until you’re absolutely satisfied.

Of course, we’ll also give you any after-sales support you need. It’s as simple as that!
